There is a private garden now well established, with a large kidney swimming pool - a short distance from the apartment's own private terrace.

There is a separate kitchen and breakfast room, two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, and two bathrooms, one en-suite. The lounge contains a sofa-bed for occasional use of required. There is secure private basement car parking & storage. The kitchen has a full range of equipment including dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is a TV video player with Sky card and music centre and the apartment has central heating and air conditioning. 3A is only a few minutes walk from the Alhaurin Golf Hotel / Restaurant.
The nearby BP petrol station has all basic requisites and there are two other restaurants close by. 		The apartment is available for short stay and long term letting. One week lets for holiday purposes are from £300 per week. Rates for one month or more available on request.
