The Villa is located directly in front of the golf course. One of the best situations on the golf course.

The heated pool offers a very private area and is possibly one of the most unique pools on the resort.

Sitting Room is large with sliding door access to Terrace. Dining table and seating for up to 8 persons. Sofa, chairs, piano for pianists, videos, music, books and TV. Terrace front and back have seating. 		Fridge frezer, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave kettle, toaster, well stocked kitchen with crockery, scales, juicer, satelite tv (free view channels), cd/video player, piano for pianists. hairdryer. Large gas barbecue on terrace. Baby cot, high chair, pushchair. Plants, heated private pool with outdoor kitchen area, large gas BBQ, hob, fridge. Outdoor bathroom with shower by poolside.
Nearby is a BP garage which has ample stock of groceries as well as newspapers and fresh bread up to 10pm. 		Between 725-1050 euros per week
Changeover day is flexible though Thursdays is preferred.
