Our Properties 

This is where you can find out about the superb properties there are available to rent at Alhaurin Golf Village. Whether apartment, townhouse or villa, they're all privately owned and cared-for. Many of them are their owner's homes for at least part of the year and so naturally they're furnished and presented to 'own home' standards. This is a community - not an empty 'holiday village' of transient strangers.

One bedroom, two bedrooms, three, four . . they're all here. Some have their own gardens, but all have great terraces from which to enjoy the view and 'catch a few rays'. Villas often have their own pool, but all properties have access to private pools, shared or not.

None of the properties is more than a couple of years old, some are very new indeed. Nearly all have marble and tiled floors throughout, air-conditioning, satellite TV, and safe private grounds and parking.

As well as providing holiday rentals, many owners will also rent out for longer periods from three to eleven months, which could be useful if you need to be over here while your own property is being finished off.
